So....I fantasise about Minmatar and Amarrian Armoured Fighting Vehicles all the time and this often leads me to trawling the net for images that I feel hold specific value or design philosophies of these two mythical units.
Here I submit to CCP Rattati my most humble of supplications. I have no snarkiness left in regards to this subject and only a small foolish glimmer of hope.
Please consider this some inspiration for the following items if the development teams are continuing to struggle with the aesthetics of these two racial groups.
Minmatar HAV Inspiration-
Tan Desert Operations- http://www.igorstshirts.com/blog/conceptships/2011/ben_wootten/b_wootten_05.jpg
Imagine this with a tinge most blood and rust. A quad tracked heavy assault vehicles with rolled back sloping carbide tungsten alloy armour to disperse the thermal damage of incoming laser fire against a wide surface. Minimalistic external displays of electronic systems subroutines with a forward facing sensor suite for operational viewing and a heavy long barrelled 220mm Artillery Cannon with cuppola mounted 30mm "Scout" Autocannon. The hull is covered in miscellaneous tools required by ingenious Matari engineers and the whole thing has a classically post modern aesthetic to it. Rust that hull up and you have a perfect basis for development.

We all know the Minmatar are masters of engineering and mechanical manipulation. A Hull like this based off of one of their industrial mining or construction vehicles would suit their aesthetic perfectly. Encased in light weight moulded armour plating the vehicle retains its manoeuvrability compared to larger designated HAV models. Mounted with Dual 180mm Scout Autocannon the vehicle is an incredibly mobile fire base but forgoes heavy armour and shielding for fire power.
Amarr HAV Inspiration
Leviathan Terrestrial Oppressor- http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs71/i/2013/246/6/d/ray_tank_by_proxygreen-d6kukkw.jpg
This leviathan HAV presents perhaps the largest HAV to grace the fields of New Eden both in terms of sheer size and tonnage. Comprised of overlapping layers of angled 180mm polycrystalline armour plates and armed with an 80GJ Anode Particle Stream this armoured vehicle lives up to its name. The lower hull is conventionally designed, solid foundations with linked tracks, and spaced plating to deflect Matari projectile weapons in case of emergency situations where tracks become damaged. The cuppola has a more sleek design and slopes back to make room for the turret which is designed to convey a large beam laser of rather exotic design. Hull is designed to be elaborate but at the same time cleanly uniform without breaching the simplistic and functional aesthetic of the Caldari. Sloped armour is definitely something the Amarr would have to think about in terms of Minmatar weapons as they would desire to "bounce" artillery rounds rather than risk them penetrating the armour.
The Eagle Claw- http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-j-0muytk7xs/TacG3cjJ7PI/AAAAAAAAAM4/E8C27lsmUKM/s1600/scifitank.jpg
I always noticed that one of the core Amarrian aesthetics was that of birds, eagles, hawks, etc traditional symbols of Imperialism. This HAV design suggests something similar to that ideal providing a more squat and stylised HAV unit while trading out the imposing cannon of the later design for something very futuristic and stylish. Angled tracks to the rears of the vehicle, forward facing small turrets, and angled plating suggests a design that faces the foe directly and continues to advance, but does not have a strong centre of gravity making complex manoeuvres and fast tracking difficult. Oddly, what I could consider to be, the Focused Pulse Laser Turret looks fixed angle to me perhaps a unique design philosophy of the Amarr.

If you feel particularly merciful this would also do.

Would honestly move me to tears.
However I like the name "Oppressor" or "Tanakh" (meaning leviathan)* and "Malison" (meaning to curse following the Khanid naming scheme)
*Wrong the Tanakh is the text in which the Leviathan is referenced.
GÇ£How does this all work then?GÇ¥
